Exchange Policy: We offer free exchanges for active members if they receive a record they already own, as long as it remains unopened. If you’ve received a record you already own, we will email you a prepaid return label you can use to send the record back to us. We will then include an extra curated record in your next box after receiving the return. Thanks for your membership!
